1 cup celery
1 cup chopped onion
1 tablespoon poultry seasoning
4 tablespoon butter
1 can Campbell's chicken broth
10 cup dry bread cubes
In saucepan cook celery and onions with poultry seasoning in butter until tender. Add broth. Mix lightly with bread cubes. Spoon into 2-quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes. Makes about 8 cups stuffing or enough for a 10-pound turkey.
