Choc-Au-Rhum

6 ounces semisweet chocolate chips
3 large eggs, separated
1 tablespoon rum
1/4 pint whipping cream, lightly whipped

Melt chocolate in double boiler. Beat egg yolks into melted chocolate with rum.

In a separate bowl, beat egg whites until stiff and fold into chocolate mixture. Stir in lightly whipped cream. Decorate with chocolate shavings.
