2 to 3 pounds round steak
Salt, to taste
Flour
Vegetable oil
1 can golden mushroom soup, diluted with 1/2 can water
Cut meat into serving portions, lightly salt and roll in flour. Brown quickly in oil. Cover bottom of crockpot with soup mixture. Place browned meat in crockpot, spooning soup mixture over each piece. Cook on LOW for about 5 hours.
