3/4 cup Bisquick
1 small box instant pudding mix
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 egg
Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
Mix ingredients together until dough forms a ball. Shape into balls, using 1 teaspoon dough for each. Place on ungreased baking sheet. Flatten to about 2 inches with hand. Bake 8 minutes.
Makes 2 1/2 to 3 dozen.
