Pork and Pineapple Casserole1 (16 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained, liquid reserved Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line casserole dish with crushed pineapple, Cover with pork chops and season with salt and pepper. Cover with slices of raw potato, then slices of bacon. Cover with lid and bake for 1 hour. Check dish a few times while cooking. If the casserole begins to dry out, add some of the reserved pineapple juice. |
