2 cups powdered sugar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons boiling water
Mix ingredients. Put tube cake on rack on cookie sheet. Spoon on glaze, capturing as much as you can of what drips off and spooning on again. Stop as glaze starts to thicken and lose its shine.
