3/4 cup bay shrimp
8 ounces cream cheese
3 green onions, minced
60 won-ton wrappers
1/3 cup vegetable oil, for deep frying
Combine shrimp, cream cheese and onion. Place 1 teaspoon of filling in center of square. Dip your finger in water and moisten two edges of wrapper. Fold and seal. Moisten one corner and fold again. Repeat until all filling is used.
Deep fry at 375 degrees F until golden brown. May be fried ahead and heated in a 350 degree F oven. (Filling tends to leak and spatter in hot oil if left too long after forming.)
