1 loaf of French bread cut into 1/2 inch thick rounds
1 (16 ounce) container sour cream
1 package ranch dip mix
2 cucumbers sliced into thin rounds
Spread prepared dip on the bread and top with a cucumber slice. If you like a little crunch, the bread can be brushed with olive oil (or oil of your choice) and lightly toasted.
