1 cup lemon low-fat yogurt
3 tablespoons frozen pineapple juice concentrate, thawed and undiluted
1 tablespoon nonfat sour cream
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl; stir well. Cover and chill at least 25 minutes.
Stir just before serving. Serve with assorted fresh fruit. Store remaining dip, tightly covered, in the refrigerator for up to five days.
Makes 1 1 /4 cups.
